The transport of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-5 days after receiving your payment provided that the product is manufactured. If the product is not in stock it shall proceed to be manufactured. The manufacturing process may last between 7-15 days. If you have placed an order, there is no stock and you do not want to wait for its manufacturing process you must notify at the e-mailinfo@mocasinesapache.com , or cancel the order through your account.
MOCASINES APACHE (Calçats Comes SL) is not responsible for the delivery time of the agency as it depends on people other than our own.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and shipping. Shipping is free for a purchase of more than 50 Euros in the Spanish mainland and Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and foreign countries, please consult in your order process.
If delivery is COD, please note that you will have to pay to the dispatcher to receive your merchandise.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the order you have received, you have up to 15 days to return it in perfect condition, unused (dirty soles ...), with their original packaging and tags. Pack the items you are going to change or return properly, because we do not accept items damaged because of improper packing during the transport. If your return is an exchange you do not have to pay shipping costs.
If it is a return, once revised all material and checked that is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount by bank transfer to a number that you provide us.
